District 39 Spring Conference

Be sure to mark your calendars for the Spring Conference which will be held on May 16th and 17th at the Holiday Inn near Madison and I-80 in Sacramento. Among the highlights:

Friday Night Extravaganza:

  • "Toastmaster Idol"
  • Desserts

Saturday Festivities:

  • International Speech Contest - Watch the best speakers from each of the eight divisions compete for best speaker. The winner will go on to the Region I conference being held in June in Rancho Cordova.
  • Evaluation Contest - See the best evaluators from each of the eight divisions evaluate a speech and give their advice on how to improve.
  • Enrichment - Three different tracks on how to be a better speaker as well as improving your club!
  • Country Store - To pick up Toastmasters manuals and supplies for you and your club.
  • District Meeting - New division governors and officers are elected.
